Access to candidate information is strictly controlled:
- DeafJobs Team: Authorized platform administrators review profiles for verification and job matching.
- Verified Employers: Resume details, qualifications, city, and candidate experience may be shared with inclusive employers looking to hire Deaf candidates. Sensitive identity documents (like Aadhaar) are only verified internally or shared where explicitly permitted/required for formal onboarding by the employer.
- No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate personal data to third-party marketing companies.
